  • To speak with an intake coordinator to help you find and book a counselor appointment to talk through problems and work through emotions.

When you call the phone number you can select an option to receive crisis support or to speak to one of our intake counselors. The intake counselors will ask you a few questions to better understand you and your mental & emotional wellbeing needs. The intake counselor will help identify the resources that meet your needs and can provide you with contact information to directly schedule appointments with counselors, consultants, or other services. In addition, they can provide support for personal development, building stronger parenting skills, developing healthier relationships, and overall wellbeing.

What to expect

You will work directly with a clinician to complete an intake assessment and schedule your first coaching sessions. You will work with a coach through a series of 6 one-on-one telephonic coaching sessions per topic. In the initial session, you’ll establish a vision, determine goals, and create an action plan. Subsequent sessions ensure you’re on track to achieve your desired goals. Members are able to receive another series of 6 coaching sessions within the same benefit year, as needed. Calls are scheduled at a time that is convenient for you and coaches provide supportive email communication to share resources and check progress.

  • Is counseling confidential? Yes. Your use of Spring Health Global Partners is confidential and will never be shared with anyone, including your employer, without your written consent.
  • What if my coaching session wasn’t what I expected? Coaching is intimate, and it’s important that you’re comfortable with your coach. But we know that sometimes people don’t click. If you’ve met with your coach and you’d like to try someone else, give us a call to discuss your needs.

Counseling helps individuals understand their thoughts and emotions, find relief from issues like depression, anxiety, and grief, and become emotionally stronger and more resilient. These life-long coping skills generally last far beyond the course of treatment.

What to expect

You will work directly with a clinician to complete an intake assessment and schedule your first counseling sessions. In counseling, you set the agenda. You can talk about anything that’s on your mind. Your first session with your counselor will be focused on getting to know one another. They’ll ask you questions about your history with therapy, your current situation, any symptoms you may be experiencing, and your goals for your treatment. We recommend you write down questions or concerns you have before your counseling appointment.

Dependent Access

Spring Health Global Partners are available to all dependents over the age of 8. Adult dependents ages 18+ can access services directly by calling the number below. A parent or guardian can schedule an appointment with a clinician to arrange counseling for dependents ages 8-17. If you are seeking care for a dependent younger than eight years old, contact your clinician using the number below.

  • For kids and teens ages 8-17 Parents will need to initiate care for kids and teens ages 8-17 by calling the number below. The clinician will conduct a telephonic intake assessment and provide you with care options within three business days.
  • For partners, spouses, and adult dependents 18+ If your family member is over 18 years old, they can initiate care themselves by calling the number below. A clinician will conduct a telephonic intake assessment, and provide you with care options within three business days.

What to expect

  • Work-life consultations are typically conducted via telephone, while resources are provided by email
  • Work-life service requests are fulfilled within three business days of the initial request. Wait times to appointments will vary depending on the resource(s) provided to you. However, before providing a Work-life referral, Work-life consultants will contact the resource, program, or provider to ensure they are taking on new members/participants and have the capacity to fulfill the request in a timely manner
