Every team member through Spring has been the perfect combination of professional and empathetic. Being able to talk through the tough parts of life and get unbiased feedback and creating alcohol and tobacco quitting plans has been fantastic and motivating.
In early 2022 I picked up a lot of unhealthy habits, particularly around my consumption of alcohol. I wanted to practice better moderation and even reduce my drinking. I found the program provided a great starting point for me to work on this goal.
I recently had a near death experience that caused me to get addicted to pain meds after going my whole life without touching anything other than alcohol on occasion… Spring Health has been helping me through it all and I’m grateful… I will continue to use this program because it helps.
Curtis has been there since the beginning of my recovery and has checked up on me every month. As to how it’s going and to let me know she is always here if I need to talk. She brings a tear to my eye in a good way because of how she makes me feel. She makes me feel like she cares. I’m a mom and I’m always there for everyone. It’s a good feeling to know I have someone outside of my circle who cares and is cheering me on. Thank you! Words can’t describe how appreciative I am.
