Do I need a referral to get started?
  • If you are a non-active duty military member, reserve, retiree, or an active duty member’s dependent, no referral is needed! Check your coverage and start receiving care.

What states does the TRICARE West Region include?

The TRICARE West Region includes the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa (except the Rock Island Arsenal area), Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri (except the St. Louis area), Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas (Amarillo, Lubbock and El Paso areas only), Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Spring Health provides therapy, psychiatric medication management, and crisis support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and more.

How soon can I get an appointment, and can I choose between in-person and virtual care?

Most members can book an appointment with a therapist within 24-48 hours—no long waitlists. Members have access to both virtual and in-person providers where available.

How much will I pay per session? Will the price ever change?

Spring Health provider visits are billed as in-network claims, meaning standard TRICARE deductibles, cost-shares and copayments apply

Does Spring Health offer crisis support or urgent care options?

Yes, crisis support is available for immediate emergencies, and members can access urgent care within six hours for non-life-threatening situations. You can call +1 855-290-5547 and select option 2.

Can I share this benefit? With who?
