How do I sign up?

Simply enter your company’s access code above (your HR, people, or benefits team should have provided this in any initial communications you’ve received about your Spring Health benefit.) From there, you’ll receive a phone number to dial, where you will connect with a counselor who will work to find you the best therapist for your needs.

How do I get started with a therapist?

Once you’ve dialed the number provided, a counselor will ask you a few short questions about how you’re doing, as well as ask if you have any specific preferences surrounding a therapist. Within 2 business days, you’ll hear back from the counselor with the contact information for a therapist with whom you can begin booking appointments.

What language will the therapist speak?

The therapist will speak your language- you should make it clear to the counselor during your initial call if you have any specific language requirements.

Where is the therapist located?

While the top priority is finding a therapist who speaks your language, we also try to ensure the therapist is in your region for better alignment of schedules and to ensure cultural competency. Most sessions are performed remotely via video chat, but if you’d like an in-person therapy session, please indicate this to your counselor during the intake call.

What is Workplace Options? What is their association with Spring Health?

Workplace Options (WPO) is one of the largest employee well-being solutions. They provide employers with an expansive, global network of therapists as well as ancillary EAP services to better support their teams. Spring Health has partnered with WPO to bring global therapy and ancillary EAP services to the employers we support.
